Trojan piggy bank
Banco Caja Social is one of Colombia’s largest banks. It’s main goal is to help low income families progress by bringing them into a banking system that they think is not made for them.
Piggy banks have been a fun way of saving money worldwide, but in Colombia it is not about fun, it’s part of the culture of millions of low-income families.
We decided to take advantage of this cultural tradition, turning piggy banks into a direct channel to surprise these families on the most relevan moment of their saving process: right when they are about to use those savings.
